First, I called to ask about their return policies. The Customer service rep was very helpful and explained to me a very easy and fair return policy. I placed an order for a beautiful Sectional. I was able to replace the armless chairs for armless recliners and also remove the console shown. I received the Sectional in 8 business days after I placed the order. The Sectional was packed beautifully, I have never seen so much plastic wrap in my entire life. After a long process of unpacking, I realized all the plastic wrap was worth it. There wasn't a single scratch on my sectional.

Since, I have purchased a Dining Set and matching Occasional Tables from the company. I'm glad to say that my experience with this company was EXCELLENT and plan to continue shopping with them.
