I really need help with creating a beautiful wedding reception hall. The wedding will be happening this upcoming Easter and I have no idea how to decorate it. The actual ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will be at a rented hall with an outdoor area near the beach in Virginia. I have a really tight budget, and I don't even know where to start or to waste a professionals time if it turned out to be too expensive to decorate this reception hall without a lot of money.
